had been V.S had been sitting

發問:

我想問 had been V.S had been sitting 的分別 我在功課上見到這句 I had been sitting at my desk for hours. 我就想問 I had sat at my desk for hours. 這兩句有什麼分別? 是不是主/被動的分別? 理論上兩個也應該是主動吧? 那麼.... I have been sitting at my desk for hours. I have sat at my desk for hours. 又會不會有分別?????? 更新: whatiswhat24 大人~~ 那麼.... I have been sitting at my desk for hours. I have sat at my desk for hours. 又會不會有分別??????

最佳解答:

I had been sitting at my desk for hours. ( This is called " past perfect continuous tense) Here is the format....... Subject(I) + had been + verb+ing<----------- Example: I was tired because I had been sitting at my desk for hours. ( It means I had been ............... for a period of time. That's why I was tired.) Also, It may mean I was STILL sitting at my desk AT THAT TIME or I had just left my desk. ----------------------------------------------------------------- If we change it to past continuous tense, it will be different. Example: I was tired because I was sitting at my desk for hours.==== In this case, it means I was still sitting at my desk.<---------- The action had NOT stopped. ----------------------------------------------------------------- 是不是主/被動的分別? 理論上兩個也應該是主動吧? BOTH ACTIVE VOICE ----------------------------------------- I had sat at my desk for hours. ( Past perfect tense) The past perfect tense is often used in English when we are relating two events which happened in the past. It helps to show which event heppened first. Two actions************ Let me show you one example I had sat at my desk for hours when John arrived. Subject(I) + had + sat(past participle) <--------------( past perfect tense) had = 已經 sat = 坐 jor I had sat at my desk for hours<----------------FIRST ACTION ( It happened first.) THEN John arrived<---------------------SECOND ACTION 88686886886868686868 2009-02-04 01:28:47 補充: I have been sitting at my desk for hours.
