My ipod touch 's version is 4.2.1. I don't know how to update my version. Please help me!

if you want to update your iPod's version, you have do it using iTunes. But beware that you have to back-up all your data in your iPod before updating your iPod, this can also be done in iTunes, or else you may lose all your data after updating to the newest version. Hope can help you :)
